Is there any way to make a block only breakable with a certain tool? (Solved, ish)

I know it shows up as not supported, but, is the any roundabout way? Is there somewhere I can add tags in the code? (Is there the same tags in bedrock?...) If not, what else could I do?

Or do I have better luck making the addon myself? (I know a bit of C# but not exactly C++)

(Edit: I've took to making the Add-On by hand, it is surprisingly more easier then I expected. Java will always be impossible to me though.)
