Sun affects dimension's dense fog's color

So I ticked the dense fog option and made it black, and then I realized that sometimes the Sun changes the dense fog's color, instead of being the black color I chose, it's more like an orange color (As you can see in the Screenshot), I confirmed that this happens due to the Sun because I enabled some shaders (That for some reason aren't compatible with custom dimensions' dense fog but they are compatible with Nether's dense fog) and I could see that the Sun was just where I was looking.
