How do I update Mcreator's forge version for 1.12.2? (MCreator 2020.2)

 Mcreator's 2020.2 is an old version, so it will be stuck in an outdated forge version. How do I manually install Forge 1.12.2 - 14.23.5.2860?

 Is there a way to do that, inside or outside Mcreator's files?
