Blocks Don't Drop (Harvest Level 0)

So, i checked to see if there are other people with blocks that don't drop, and there were, but... They just had harvest level 4 (which at that time, no tool could break)

So i use 2021.1 because my computer can't handle newer versions, so i don't really know if this is not yet fixed, but here is the thing:

I made a wood pack, especifically larch wood, and i put in the properties etc. I could'nt get the sapling to grow, but the main problem is, when i loaded my world in survival, and broke the log (in custom structure) it droped NOTHING, so, as it dropped nothing, i tried setting the drop to itself (instead of leaving it blank) i reset code, i reset code again, and all that did'nt help.

Also, it was type wood and harvest level 0, and the only thing that dropped is the leaves, which drop saplings.

If there is a way to solve this, please help, if not, i hope you have it fixed, or will fix it.
