Need Help Disabling Custom Item From Being Crafted Based On My Config

I'm Seeking Help Disabling One Of My Blocks Crafting Recipe Based On If The Player Disables It 

(I Have The Config Made Already I'm Just Not Sure Were I Would Implement This  I Looked In The Blocks Prodcuders Nothing There And I Tried In The Crafting Recipe It Self Via Locking The Code And Editing It
