Help with if player has x # items do this

I am trying to make an item that, when right clicked if the playwr has x emeralds-> do this, else do this.

I have the logic all functional except check players imventory for x number of emeralds. I can check for emeralds but cant figure out how to check for the # of emeralds

It is in 1.16.5 build for forge
