[2022.2 - 1.16.5] How to get item to apply enchant to off-hand?

I am trying to get this producer to work, but unable to combine the [Is [Provided itemstack] enchantable] with the [Item in off-hand of [Event/target entity] = []]... The picture is of what I was able to combine it with...

Do I need to custom program it or do I have to go, and repeat the "apply" procedure for every single armor and weapon?
