How to make an entity that spawns with your name when you die

Hello.

I want to know how to make an entity that spawns with your name when you die. For example, in the Scape and Run: Parasites mod, when a parasite kills you, an assimilated adventurer will spawn with your player name.

Is there a way to do that? Thanks!
