Certain biomes simply don't generate while others do perfectly fine

So I have 6 biomes, Venus Plains (VP) Venus Hills (VH) Venus Flatlands (VF), Venus Dirt Plains (VDP), Venus Basaltic Plains (VBP), and Venus Ignimbrite Plains (VIP)

These all are meant to generate in Venus, however, for some reason, only VP, VH, and VF generate while VDP, VBP, and VIP simply refuse to. They all have the same settings except for base height and height variation, those being 20 weight, 2 temperature, and 0 rain.

I guess it could be up to the biomes fighting over spots for biome generation but I don't see any reason that half of them would work and half wouldn't.
