Stop the sound of an specific block when the blocks around share the same sound.

I have 3 blocks, they produce the same sound. When i destroy one of them, i want that it's specific sound vanish. But when i use (execute command: stopsound (modsound) at x, y, z) the 3 block sounds are eliminated.
