How to make my weapon use hunger to heal you.

I am trying to make a Hollow knight themed mod, and I can't figure out how to do two things: 1. if you hit an enemy with my custom sword, you get saturation/hunger points. and 2. you can right click with that sword to use saturation/hunger to instantly heal. plz help.
