Stuck loading

I have MCreator 2023.2 installed as an application on my macbook, I have a mod that is finished that i want to eport, when I export it, it prompts me to "Export the Mod Without donating" "Donate and Export the Mod" or "Cancel" When i click anything in that second window, the application stops loading, or responding,  for hours before just crashing. The same thing happens when I interact with any of the prompts (iie. Are you sure you want to delete, naming a workspace, structure, biome, advancment, etc.) and the mod i have spent hours on, is stuck, useless.
