How to simulate right-click hand movement?

Hi I made a vanilla item that place a block by right-clicking. My problem is that it doesn't simulate the right hand movement when a player places a block, is there a way to make it possible? (Just to be sure I know there's the option "simulate right click" but it simulate the command of the right click not the movement)
