Underground lava pools in Overworld-gen dimensions as toggles

Currently, underground lava pools are automatically enabled in custom dimensions that utilize an Overworld generation style. This can be annoying for those who wish not to have lava in their dimension, for one reason or another. Setting these to only be a toggle rather than a persistent feature would be a nice quality-of-life update for MCreator.
