I'm attempting to make a Minecraft x Terraria mod using MCreator, and I'm using a custom dimension to do so. Whenever I load up a world in the custom dimension, all the biomes generate either in massive radii of thousands of blocks or generate in tiny ~100x100 patches. That's not all. Most of the land is completely submerged in water, and what isn't submerged generates with massive lakes comparable to an ocean biome. HOW DO I FIX THIS
QUICK UPDATE
I checked the average y level of my biomes and they're well below sea level. I don't know how to increase biome height in this new update though.....
That might be the issue with all the water, but I still don't know why my biomes generate in such extreme sizes..........
