MCreator 1.8.1 won't work on 32-bit versions in 95% of cases. You most likely have 64-bit compatible computer so consider installing 64-bit version of Windows. 32-bit versions can only utilize up to 4GB of RAM for software and OS, so MCreator can get max to around 1800MB of RAM, which is not enough.

So,can I install some old version of MCreator for my 32bit OS?. An if I have enough 3 Gb of RAM?

Yes, but older versions are not supported anymore. You should consider upgrading your computer as most development software nowadays needs a lot of RAM and 64-bit OS, unfortunately.
