Issue description

I want to make a mod with dependencies on another mod. I can do the coding of the dependency but I need to be able to install the other mod it's dependent on into Mcreator to run the test environment. Is this possible or will it only work by exporting my mod?

You can define it as a dependency and Minecraft Forge will require it installed in order for your mod to work. You can check this project for reference: https://mcreator.net/modification/49541/lumina

No I mean how do I install it in the Mcreator test environment?

Go to your proyect folder. There you will find a folder called "run". That folder is the test environment.

There you will have the mods folder, enter your dependency there.
