Check for items in vanilla inventory slots

Issue description

Hello. Is it possible to make an item procedure (when in inventory) (in the vanilla inventory) to check for which slot the item is it for example
If the item is in the 9. slot THEN give potion effect.
Because i see there is item checking but only in armour slot.
