Loot Table integration with vanilla/other mods

Issue description

Loot tables should have the option of adding a new pool to the existing loot tables, and allow for integration with mods like quark which also add new items.

You can add to vanilla mods by using minecraft namespace.

If you want to alter other mods, you can manually add loot table file in an appropriate folder depending on the modid.

You can't add to vanilla, it completely replaces the table.

I can confirm this. 1.15.2 adds loot modifiers system, but this is a bit out of scope of MCreator at the moment, but you can try manually using loot modifiers using JSON.
