Piglin Armor When 1.16 Comes

Issue description

So in the new 1.16 update there are these mobs called piglins and they can wear any armor but they have a different head size so they require a extra armor texture

Then We should get an option if they can wear the armor and when we set it to wearable by piglins we have to put the other armor texture
