nbt returns false when in a condition for an overlay

Issue description

as the title says at least from what i can see an overlay doesn't update when you have a condition that has to do with nbt data of the player.

hmm ok. well that makes sense but now im trying to sync my player variables with the nbt and i have got it somewhat working but it weirdly changes to like a random number when updating on the display then switching to the real one. also it seems slower like instead of actaully being set to then number it goes up instead. idk maybe it has something to do with the nbt having a .0 at the end even if it doesn't have a decimal. maybe you could look into the how the action bar displays stuff it seems to work good.
