So i just started a workspace in MCreator 1.8.2 and tried to make a stair block, when i start the game, the blocks have the right model, but not the texture.
When i open the model in the "resources" section, it is all white and i don´t know what to do.
When you import a model, you select textures and give a mapping a name if you have more than one. Then select model in the block creator. Before you import model, import or make block textures so you actually have textures to use in mapping.
um, klemen, i made a custom block in mrcrayfishes model creator and exported the json to mcreator. It did not keep its texture from mc model creator when i loaded the game but i said that`s alright and made my own textures in mcreator to add to the texture mapping for my block but when i load the game they are in the wrong place on my custom block, iv`e tried switching the order in texture mappings but its still in the wrong place, do you know any way to assign textures to where i want them to be? or at least how to get my textures from mc model creator to work in mcreator? thank you for your time.
THAT's MY PROBLEM!!!
I made a custom block in MrCrayFish's model maker and exported it to MCreator. I have all of the textures and I'm using 3 image files, but it thinks I'm only using 2! Please help!
just saying maybe dont use mrcrayfish's model maker its very old/outdated
