Demension No Saved Instances 2019.5

I was making a mod and I closed the workspace and when I reopened it a lot of my elements had dissapeared so I thought it didn't save so I remafe them then I tried to add a demension but after I was done and clicked save mod element the demension showed up in the workspace but I couldn't edit it. It said "No saved Instances" so I deleted it and tried again, but it didnt work. So I saved the workspace as a .zip and I uploaded it as a new workspace, but it still didn't work. Please some one help me I don't want to start over.
