Someone can make or download mcreator 1.8.3 even if it has bugs I really need it

Why when I used mcreator to make mods for 1.12.2 everything was going well now with 1.9.1 and 2019.5 I can't create anything at all and I tried to fix it anyway

already tried all the ways including the link you sent and nothing is not possible to use mcreator 1.9.1 i urgently need mcreator 1.8,1.8.1,1.8.2,1.8.3 it has to be one of those
