Issue description

I would like to be able to run a Procedure that will place block facing, I know you guys have been adding allot on directional blocks and think that will complete the set. I am working on something yes player can place directionals and procedures can detect directional blocks witch I love but if your building a structure of some design that changes base on how its built it would be nice if we could set procedure to place block at X,Y,Z Facing:North,South,West,East,up,down
