Assistance with behavior in mobs

Assistance with behavior in mobs

I'm currently working on a mod where you obtain various dog breeds. However, my goal was each breed do a different job. So far I have 5.

 

Pappilon: Will ride on your shoulders if you right click. Left Shift will remove the dog (This is simmlar to the parrot mob)

Terrier: Will Dig though dirt to attack mobs without player imput.

Greyhound: Will sprint after rabbits without player imput.

Pointer: Will face in the direction of hostile mobs and has farther sight then hostile mobs (as to not alert the mobs)

Retreiver: Will retreive fallen items and drop them near you

 

Does anyone have any idea of how I could code this or if it would be even possible in MCreator? If not do you have any ideas of how I could code this?

I also would like for the dogs to be able to destory certian blocks and loot raw meat from chests if a mood meter is not kept high enough (Simmilar to how Fossils and Archeology mod will have dinosaurs attack you if not kept happy)
