How can I make a quiver with arrows?...I want to make a universal storage of arrows for bows, so as not to clog the inventory...Is it possible and how?

How can I make a quiver with arrows?...I want to make a universal storage of arrows for bows, so as not to clog the inventory...Is it possible and how?
I *think* you'd have to basically create a container, add a gui for it to add the slots then set a procedure so if you use it on the tool bar it opens the gui or something like that?
