How can I edit vanilla structures with this stoftware? (If Possible?)

I want to make a mod which changes the way to get to the end. Is there a way to edit the stronghold rooms 1 by 1?

You cannot edit vanilla elements atm with MCreator.

You might be able to do this later on when I add conditions support and option to locate structure in procedures.
