How do I make a tool that is a axe, pickaxe and shovel but not a sword

So I want to make a Pickaxe-Axe like in terraria (you mine dirt with a pickaxe in terraria so I wanna make it a shovel too) and yes I know that multitool type exists but it also includes the sword swing attack which I don't want, any ideas how to do it?
