My Main Account is not activated, how do I reactivate my account?

This is not my main account for MCreator website, my main account is not activated, I got an email with a big button that says "activate account", but it doesn't work instead I get sent to the reset password page, I enter my email and it says my account is disabled/blocked or something like that. I really hope that I wasn't banned or anything, because I didn't do anything at all, I just stopped being active, when I became active after 2-3 years later (now), I changed my username and password, and it told me to reactivate my account and then the activation email did not work at all and my main account was locked out of this website, so I had to create a new account just to send this message.
