Hi, i made few mobs for my mod the beyond lands, and every time i make a mob model, i put each cube in a groupe(using blockbench,cube are part of the mob) one cube is in a group called head, the other and a group called body, another called Right arm and other group for other part, when im on mcreator, i import my entity model, and i set up animation, this is what i did, https://imgur.com/a/tzZsh9m , so dont worry about the group called corne, cuz its actually horn, and the horn is a group in the head group,about the body dont have any animation with the word body in the list, so how do i fix their bugged animation?
If you're working in blockbench check every rotation pivot point for errors. Every part has a rotation pivot, you can move them around by clicking on the part you want to move the pivot of, to actually move the pivot use the bars on the right to change the coordinate of the pivot. Move the pivot to the place where you want the part to rotate from (groups actually don't really matter...). (Also, when setting animations in mcreator make sure you set the right animation for the right parts...)
