So I know this is a year old topic, and I hate to necro it but after looking through the videos I didn't see anything that answered this question. I am trying to make a mod that does something similar to what the original post wanted, but have yet to be able to figure it out.
Use procedures and trigger it on the music disc used to toggle downfall.
