So I downloaded MCreator and my laptop lags a bit afterwards even after I close it. My laptop never used to lag until I installed MCreator and ran it. Why does this happen?
It might still be running in the background. Have you checked task manager? What are your computer specs

RAM: 8.00 GB
System Type: 64-bit OS (Windows 10), x64-based processor
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 4400 4184MB Dynamic Video Memory
Could be because MCreator is still running in the background, this happens to me and everytime I quit MCreator I find the JDK library still running, check your task manager, that might help.
