Could the Re-implementation of Plugins w/o "texts.properties" be Pushed Early?

My problem is that dozens of key procedures in my mod critically rely on plugins that, unbeknownst to me, did not properly implement texts.properties and instead went for hard-coding (I'm not really a plugin developer but this is what I've been told).

Anyways, could it be possible for support for hard-coded texts.properties to be released as a standalone micro-snapshot? It would really help for people like me, who've essentially had to halt development until snapshot 3 comes out due to our reliance on non-conforming plugins.

Um. I believe snapshots are for testing though so I don't see why you would need plugins in a snapshot version
