4 instant downloads when mod is updated

I don't know if this is a bug, feature or if people are watching me, but for some reason every time I update my mod, Singularity, whether it's a description change, version publication, or anything else, instantly I have 4 more downloads. I cannot find a forum topic relative to this, so I'm wondering, is this a glitch?
