Topic category: Help with Minecraft modding (Java Edition)
So I'm currently trying to upgrade my mod from 1.12.2 to 1.14.4, but I have problems when I actually upgrade it. The upgrade to 1.14.4 goes fine and gets completed, but when I run the build, it gives me a hole ton the errors. Like block errors, and Java errors. And it makes it so I can't even run the build at all. And it seems broke, I have not tried to downgrade it though back to 1.12.2... luckily, I backed up my work space before doing so!
I am running mcreator 2020.4, and using Forge 1.12.2. And knowing that 2020.4 does not support 1.12.2, I may suspect that is the reason. But I don't know.
Note, this is a big workspace, over 500 elements...
Also know, I do know 2020.4 and 1.12.2 is not supported anymore in 2021. So I'm not expecting a bug fixe anything like that. (Even though I'm pretty sure this isn't a bug).

Do you have locked code elements? If not - try to use Regenerate code function
