(Java! Wasn't paying attention) Biome Music Stopping/Fading (Plus how do you stop vanilla music?)

(Note to self: do not post late at night. >-< This is topic is supposed to be in "Help with modding (Java Edition)". Java, not Bedrock. If a mod could change this, thank you!)

This probably is much more of an advanced question, however, after figuring out how to get music to work with each biome (almost), I was wondering if there was a way to fade out current music and fade in the new biome's music upon walking into one?

Additionally, how would I go about stopping vanilla music from playing in the biome?

   Throw .ogg in audacity…

Throw .ogg in audacity and highlight the tail end of your sound. Go to effects and click fade out.

Pro tip > Snip off the ends of your sounds and leave no dead space and almost always fade in and out music. Also your sounds should be in mono. Which is in the track tab of audacity.

You just have to wait for the song to finish and Minecraft will change it automatically.
