How to export a bedrock addon to a folder

Hi, I want to be able to export my addon to the folders that would go into the "behaviour_packs" and "resource_packs" of my minecraft server files. I dont have bedrock on my computer (windows app store is blocked), so I was wondering if this was possible in any way? I have bedrock on my phone so ive just been exporting the ".mcaddon" files and sending them to myself over discord to import them on my phone.
