Have certain things happen at certain times and places after certain procedures are done

I need the person to do certain things to get something.

The steps are the following:

-Obtain the Whitesnake Initiate

-Get DIO's Bone

-Find the Green Dolphin Prison and kill 36 prisoners in there

-Type 14 different phrases in the chat

-The Green Baby spawns and follows you EVERYWHERE until you spawn Whitesnake

-You spawn Whitesnake, and the Green Baby fuses with it by despawning both and giving you the CMoon Initiate

-Go to a certain location (like 30000, 56, 20000) and stand on a certain block

-Wait until the New Moon

-You get the Made In Heaven Initiate.

How do I do all that?
