help needed

I want to make a block like the Langton's ant block from the minecraft infinite update. (at a white square, turn 90° right, change the square to black, and move forward one step; at a black square, turn 90° left, change the square to white, and move forward one step)

 These are the things i'm looking for:

• Acts like Langton's ant
• "Falls" when the block below is not white or black concrete (set self to air and set the block below to an ant block)
• "Moves up" a hill if the block it's moving to is white or black concrete (set self to air and set the block above the block it's moving to an ant block)

 Just need a tutorial or some code.
