NB: This tree is using custom blocks, custom wood and custom leaves
I think you should raise the amount of structures per 1.000.000 a bit (1.000 out of 1.000.000 means it will spawn on 1 chunk out of 1.000)
set it to 50000
and increase the group amount

Do you know how can I do if I want to avoid them from spawning into each other, like spacing them?
Set the max group amount to 1. There isn't any other solution
