ah I made one recently actually if you would like I can tell you how to do it
also you need potions, first make a stun potion effect that gives slowness 100, and weakness 100, I used an enchantment for this, make another procedure that applies the potion effect to the target entity (what you're attacking) if the source entity (you attacking) has the enchantment stun in his main hand while attacking, that's it.
