I noticed something when creating an item and the when right clicked on block

I noticed something when creating an item...SO im creating a new item like a flint and steel and I put in when right clicked on block is that it will play a flint and steel sound and when I went to test it...it was fine but I notice that my player has no animation when right clicking to a block meanwhile almost all the items have the classic animation in right hand when you right click on a block.... (sorry for any error in my english)
