Hi! So, every time I try to run my version of the build (me and my friend are working on a mod together), it tells me output.srg is missing. Trying to put in another one results in it deleting itself. What do I do?

A full console log could help us resolve the issue. Also does this happen every time you open/create a workspace or only with existing ones?
I don't know how to get a full console log.
I can try making a new test mod to try it. But for my already existing one, one that was made in the 1.16.5, I can't run it, build it, or export it because it deletes output.srg automatically.
