uh, just make an account there, start a Minecraft mod project then upload files to the project i guess, just like what many other people did. uploading an MCreator mod on CF isn't different from uploading a mod manually made in Java, but you can choose to add the new, optional "MCreator" tag, if you want to let people know you used MCreator
if you have additional confusion and questions, i recommend asking for their support instead, not ours, as this isn't CurseForge
