Dust Block Base

This may have already been suggested, but I couldn't find anything from a quick search.

I would suggest adding "dust" as a block base, along with the new bases like end rods and buttons. Users could provide 6 textures for the 6 states of dust, and the game could rotate them and connect them automatically like it does with redstone.
