okay here is the thing, you can't expect us to do the work for you without even having more info, but there is a procedure block called Spawn Entity At X Y Z. on update tick of the entity if random 0, 1 <= 0.4
do spawn entity at x y z type: minion
if you searched for 30 seconds before posting a forum you would have the answer already
well i tried before and i didnt know bec it spawned like 5 mobs in a sec so it laged the server and thats why i asked for help
yeah, that is what searching is for
you could also change the tick update of the entity so it is even slower
