Why is it missing dependencies?? (updated)

I wanted to make a condition for making my custom entity follow my custom item. In the AI condition editor, I wanted to select the "ItemNameSame" procedure but I can't select it because it says "missing dependencies". Can someway explain how to fix this? (I made the same post but I forgot to upload the image so this is the remake)
