Guys I wanna make my entity look bigger but I already made the model and the texture is there a way to change the entity model without using Blockbench?

If you're using 1.16.5, then here is a good guide on how to resize your model in-game. You have to edit the code manually. Do note that the code in 1.17.x for this changed though.
