Hello, Ive created a new workspace with the newest mcreator version 2021.3 and upon loading a 1.17 version the setup crashes, Ive tried redownloading but that has not worked, It does load 1.16.5 normally without issue. Any help is appreciated, thank you for your time
Try clearing gradle caches and disabling AV.

thank you! I believe it may have been something wrong with the account I use for this computer, when making a new account on the computer the .zip version functioned just fine, so I think the main account I use for this pc has something causing conflicts.
